Returns Policy

We have provided a preview tool on all personalised products so that you can see your design come to life - please check this thoroughly to ensure you are happy with your spelling and selection.Β 

In the unlikely event that there is a mistake or an issue with your order please email us at tkc@cassiusgray.com.au and explain the issue. Please include photos if possible. If we’ve made a mistake or if there is a faulty item then we will send you a replacement item as quickly as possible at our cost. Please do not return any items unless advised as we are normally able to resolve any issues.

Due to the nature of personalised products we’re unable to exchange any orders if you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake during the ordering process. So please choose carefully, double check all spelling and the preview before submitting your order. However, if you do make mistake do please let us know and we will try to offer a solution if your order has not yet been embroidered.

Sale & Clearance items are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid directly to Australia Post.
