- $9.00 Standard Shipping: Flat rate anywhere in Australia. Estimated 3-6 business daysΒ 
- $15 Express Shipping: Flat rate anywhere in Australia. Estimated 1-3 business daysΒ 
- $19 International Standard Shipping: Flat rate to New Zealand. Estimated 4-8 business days

  • Shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you select the shipping type and location in the check out page. Once your payment is confirmed and we have the items you have ordered in stock, the goods that you ordered will be dispatched within their stated processing time. An email or SMS will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched via the information you entered. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
  • Cassius Gray are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by customer at checkout.
  • If your order has been marked delivered, please contact the postal service it was delivered with to find out it's whereabouts. If they are unable to provide further information, we can attempt to reach out on your behalf. Please note this process can take 2-7 business days. All parcels are sent with a tracking number. Cassius Gray are not responsible for items once they have been confirmed delivered by the tracking number.
  • Please keep an eye on your tracking information and ensure you have provided all the correct contact details at checkout. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for replacement or refund by Cassius Gray.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable. These have been paid to the postal service and are not eligible for refund. If you receive a refund, the true cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund. Personalised items are not eligible for refund. Cassius Gray may choose to replace these items at their discretion.
  • Please ensure you inspect your parcel upon it's arrival. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the date your order was marked delivered, unfortunately we are unable to assist further.
  • Cassius Gray will endeavour to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors, for example, holidays, postal delays and customs clearance. In the case of packages lost or delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately, we will attempt to track the package or / and make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then issue a new product to you in a timely manner.
  • If you have purchased any pre-order items in the same transaction, all items will ship together when pre-order stock arrives.

If you require any in stock items prior to the arrival of the pre-order stock, please place two separate orders.
