Yes of course. We will include a gift card to send with the gift so please remember to write a message for the gift card when you’re completing the details for the shipping address during the checkout process.

If you have purchased any pre-order items in the same transaction, all items will ship together when pre-order stock arrives. If you require any in stock items prior to the arrival of the pre-order stock, please place two separate orders.
Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email/phone number that was provided to us at checkout. Please check your junk folder, as they sometimes end up in there. You can use this number to track your item.
If you have an issue with your delivery, please check your tracking number. If you are still unable to locate your order, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post so that they can assist you further.

Please wash our products on a cold hand wash cycle, in a wash bag and line dry only, blankets dry flat and pull back into shape.
We will always try to find a solution for any issues that maybe arise with our products. However, due to the nature of personalised products we can’t accept returns where the customer has changed their mind or made a mistake while ordering the gift. Please double check the spelling of the baby’s name and other details entered to ensure that the personalisation of your order is correct. We have provided a preview tool so that you can see your design come to life - please check this thoroughly to ensure you are happy with your selection. Take some time to think about which font is best for you. Some fonts are easier to read than others so please decide what is important for you when selecting the font. If you want the baby name to be easy to read then please consider selecting a simple font. Please also think carefully about the text colour you select as embroidery can't be changed or removed, it's permanent.
No, we never send any pricing with the parcels. You will receive a confirmation of your order to the email address supplied with pricing, however the recipient will not receive any pricing with the goods.
